Returns & Refunds

For hygienic reasons, mugs, socks, beanies, face masks and hats cannot be returned.

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, please notify us within the 2 - 3 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Clothing with obvious signs of use
* If clothing that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above return policy.

Customer is responsible to pay for return postage.

 Cancel an Order

Please contact us to cancel your order, You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the order submission. Banks and Card companies usually take a week or more to return the payment back into your account 

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your inquiry.

Exchanges

Because of our fluctuating inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges at this time. If you would like to make an exchange we recommend returning your item for a refund and purchasing a new item to exchange it.

Customer is responsible to pay return postage.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company (if applicable), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@screerock.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

Sorry, we don't offer this service at present time.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us with your reason for returning the item and we will send you our return shipping address once we verify all the information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). We will try once more to ship the items out to you. But if it fails the 2nd time as well, then we will cancel your order. 

Screerock Apparel does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the order will be cancelled.
